Shipping Costs

Shipping is free for orders of €49 or more to all countries we serve.

For orders below €49:

• Italy: €5
• Other countries: €15

The threshold is calculated based on the value of the products after applicable discounts, excluding shipping costs. Available destinations and the final shipping cost are shown at checkout before the order is confirmed.

Availability and Delivery Times

For items marked “Available · EU Warehouse”, delivery is estimated within 10–15 business days.

This availability refers to the European sourcing warehouse and does not necessarily indicate that the product is physically held at our premises.

The stated time includes sourcing and delivery to the customer, not only the courier transit time. The delivery information shown before purchase applies to the order.

Tracking

When the shipment is handed over to the courier, we will provide the available tracking information.

Delays and Support

In the event of a delay or delivery problem, please use the form on the Contact page or send a WhatsApp message to +39 0464 081133, including your order number.

If a delay occurs, we will inform you without undue delay. Delivery estimates do not limit any statutory rights in the event of delay or non-delivery.

Inspection upon Delivery

If the parcel shows visible damage, we recommend reporting it to the courier and photographing the packaging. Failure to make a reservation or note of damage upon delivery does not automatically result in the loss of any rights provided by law.
